Suggested Preparation - Sweet Potato Puree:

"On the stove:
1) Add to the cocktail shaker:
30g of SWEET POTATO (2 tablespoons)
200mL of water (1 cup)
½ teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil
1 tablespoon of skim milk (15g) (*)
Salt and nutmeg to taste"

"Shake until completely homogenous.
(*) Optional item for greater creaminess, it can be substituted by milk for diets with lactose restrictions.
2) Pour the mixture into a pan at medium heat, always mixing until you obtain the desired consistency (approximately 2.5 minutes)."

Yield: 150g of puree (5 tablespoons)

"In the microwave oven:
1) Follow step 1 (for the stove) of the recipe in the same amounts.
2) Pour the mixture into a glass or porcelain bowl and microwave it at high for 2 minutes.
3) Take it out of the microwave oven and mix it until you obtain the desired consistency.
Yield: 150g of puree (5 tablespoons)
TIP: To obtain a smooth puree, whisk the ingredients in step 1 in the blender (instead of the cocktail shaker)."
